Exciting staying prospect Chocante has returned to Stephen Marsh’s Cambridge stable.

The four-year-old son of Shocking has been on the easy list since he overcame a three-wide passage without cover to win the Gr.3 Counties Cup at Pukekohe last November.

“He had a couple of minor leg problems and we didn’t want to rush him back,” said Marsh. “Ultimately, we’re looking at getting him to Sydney in the autumn.”

Chocante’s Counties Cup success was his fourth and came in just his 10th appearance.
