WOODEN EDGE and PACORUS handled the atrocious conditions well when completing final work for Te Rapa this weekend at Cambridge this morning. Galloping 6m out on a heavy No 2 grass the stable mates were sent 1000m run in 1;13.1 with the final 600m clocked in 41.9. Both hit the line full of running and look strong chances.

CELEBRITY MISS, who has been in solid form over recent weeks travelled nicely from the 1000m running her last 600m in 43.1. Race rival ELUSIVE GOLD followed with 1000m in 1;11 and 42.9.

SECRET EMBRACE, who makes her debut at Te Rapa, worked nicely alongside PLUCK THAT over 800m with the final 600m timed in 44.8.

MONARCH CHIMES ran 1200m at three quarter pace sprinting up the last 400m in 29.

SPARKLING SWORD was timed from the 600m in 42.3. PEG impressed when completing 600m in 41.1. She could be one for odds at Te Rapa.

DANIECE worked over 1400m the final 1200m in 1;26 and home in 43. BARBARIC was given an easy 600m in 44.1

TRANKY DOO cut out 1000m in 1.10 the 600m in 42.1. PUMP UP THE VOLUME followed with 1200m in 1;24.7 and 43.5.

AAJA NACHLE left the last 600m of 800m in 42.9. SUMMER’S DAY came to the end of 1000m in 1.9 the final 600m in 42.7.

SHOWYOUHOW and HONOURABLE DRAGON were timed from the 600m in 43.5.
