Track Work 23 February 2016

ROSA CAROLINA and WHAT CHOUX WANT worked impressively together at Cambridge this morning.

Because of many horses engaged in the local trials meeting today, few gallops took place.

Galloping on a good number one grass, ROSA CAROLINA and WHAT CHOUX WANT were on terms at the completion of a solid 1000m in 1:04, sprinting the last 600 in 36.7.

TAVAGO and ANIMATOR were sent 1600m, quickening in from the 1200m in 1:18 and the last 600 in 37.2.

Impressive last start winner, GASOLINE, who is back from a short break, came in nicely from the 1000m in 1:06.1, the concluding section in 37.

LET HER RIP was clocked the last 600m of her work in 37.2. SOFIA ROSA looked in good order when working in from the 1000m in 1:05 and home in 36.9.

SHENANDOAH, who ran a bold second on debut, worked nicely alongside a CAPE BLANCO filly from the Busuttin/Young stable from the 1000m in 1:05.1, the last 600 in 38.

COOL TART travelled sweetly from the 1200m, completing her final 600 in 40.7.

Working on the sand, OCEANIA was sent an easy 600m in 43.8. RUUD NOT TOO followed with similar work.
