Track Work 26 November 2020

TELLALL, MADAM HASS, SHOWBEEL AND KHUFU all worked nicely when preparing for weekend racing this morning.

Galloping on the all-weather track TEALLALL travelled sweetly from the 1000m in 1:6.3, sprinting the final 600m in 38.3.  He was under a good hold at the line.  He will attempt a hat trick of wins in the Trevor Eagle Memorial 3yo over 1500m at Ellerslie.

MADAM HASS was in excellent form when clocked 1000m in 1:5.7, dashing the last 600m in 36.6. She stuck on well over the final stages last start and looks a strong chance in the Stella Artois 1500 Championship Qualifier 1200 at Ellerslie.

SHOWBEEL, another Ellerslie candidate, impressed when sent a solo 1200m in 1:18.6, completing the last 600m in 36.7.

KHUFU, who has been returning outstanding work over several weeks, was not pushed when timed 600m in 38.7.

The AMERICAN PHAROAH Colt KHUFU, from the Pike stable, will make his debut in the Eagle Charters 1100 at Ellerslie and although he has drawn an outside barrier, he will be hard to beat.

LUBAYA looked at peak fitness when working 1400m, the last 1200 in 1.21, coming home in 37.1. She is entered in Saturday’s Steelform Roofing Group Wanganui Cup 2040.  Stable-mate and race rival VEE CECE was also in good form over 1200m run in 1:18.5, finishing off in 36.9.

PRINCESS ORIGAMI and ENJOY THE SHOW, matched strides from the 1200m in 1:18.4, coming home in a smart 36.3.

DUBLIN DOLL was not after time over 600m in 45.4.  HYPNOS left 1000m behind in 1.11 and 40.6.

CABRELSEA and FREE SPIRIT ran the last 600m of 1000m in 39.  SUFFUSED had FRONT MAN for a companion from the 600m in 38.2.

RUSAVY did well when timed the final 600m of 1000m in 36.7.  VICTORY GLORY followed in 37.4.
