BEE TEE JUNIOR looked in good order when preparing for Te Rapa this weekend.

Working on the inside of a very heavy No 2 grass BEE TEE JUNIOR was kept under a strong hold over 800m completing the final 600m in 45.2. He ran an eye-catching second at Ellerslie last start and has won on heavy ground previously.

SINGLE SHOT, another Te Rapa candidate, strode 1200m in 1.29.3 the 600m in 44.2.

AL BE CIVICS completed an east 1000m running the last section in 47. ARTERIAL looked fit for his Te Rapa engagement when sent 1000m in 1.13 finishing off in 44.1.

SKY BABY came to end of 1000m in 1.15 and home in 45.

SHE IS STRYKING and a STRIKING Filly from the Frank Ritchie stable came to the end of 600m in 44.9. A SHINKO KING gelding from John Bell’s barn completed an easy 600m in 47.1.

Galloping on the sand, impressive last start winner KENSINGTON, who races at Te Rapa, travelled sweetly alongside ZOOMA, sprinting the final 400m of work in 26.6.

MONGOLIAN LEGEND and Te Rapa race rival ONSTAGE were not fully extended over 800m in 56.

ELUSIVE GOLD and SCAMP followed with 1000m run in 1.7.3 coming home in 39.2 and NAILED IT completed 1000m in 1.7.9 the last 600m in 39.2.
