Track Work 4 August 2016

THE DOM enhanced his Ruakaka prospects when returning solid work at Cambridge this morning.

Galloping on the inside of a heavy number two grass THE DOM handled the wet conditions superbly when completing 600 in 39.2. His win came on a dead track so conditions should suit this weekend.

Working on the sand, DEL RIOS, the only other Ruakaka acceptor to work covered a comfortable 1000 in 1.11 finishing off in 40.9.

On Wednesday morning Group One winner SOFIA ROSA worked nicely from the 600 in 41.4. JAYLA MOET was timed from the 600 in 40.9 and NO MORE TEARS was well held over 600 in 41.6, all on the number four grass.
