ILLUMINATION looks ready to race well fresh up at Te Aroha this weekend, after returning nice final work.

With many horses engaged at the local trials later in the day, only a handful of gallops took place.

Working on the all-weather track, ILLUMINATION was sent 800m, completing the last 600m in 39.4.  She was a recent trials winner.

LINCOLN THUNDER, another who has performed well in recent trials, left 800m behind in 54.3, the concluding 600m in 40.  He looks fit for his fresh campaign commencing at Te Aroha on Saturday.

OSO SAVVY and race rival ALL BLACK BOURBON were on terms throughout 800m, the final 600m in 39.4.  Both have received outside barrier draws at Te Aroha.

LOIRE and LONDON BOUND started from the 1000m at three-quarter pace, increasing speed from the 600m in 37.8.

SO MUCH FUN and TAVISTOCK|MELEKA BELLE were timed the concluding 600m of 1000m in 38.5.

RIVER RUN was given a comfortable 800m, the last 400m in 27.1.  BRAHMA SUNSET ran the final 600m of 1000m in 38.8.

VIKING was well held throughout 800m, the last 400m in 27.5.

BABY FACE came to the end of 800m in 55, the 600m in 39.9.   KIWIANNA was let off with an easy 800m, the last 600m in 41.1.

GRACIANO left 800m behind in 53.9 and 39.4.  SPIRIT OF BAZ was in good form over 1000m in 1:8.4, finishing off in 37.9.

SANCTIFY YOURSELF and a TURN ME LOOSE filly were timed from the 600m in 38.6.

THORA’S JOY and a REDOUBTE’S CHOICE from the Baker/Forsman stable ran 600m in 38.9.
