Track Work – Thursday, 28 June 2012

Khemosabi galloped freely on a heavy No.2 grass at Cambridge today, when few gallops were recorded.

Khemosabi (Frank) was travelling nicely throughout 800m in 52.7, the final 600m in 38.9.   He is at peak fitness for racing at Ruakaka on Saturday and should continue his good run of form.

Large as Life (Cully) and Joyful Spirit (Hills) came to the end of 1200m in 1:26, the last 600m in 40.2.

Working on a firm sand Le Moussier (Calder), who attempts a brace of wins at Hastings this weekend, came in nicely from the 600m in 42.4.  Stablemate Holy Moly (Calder), an acceptor for Ruakaka, was given a comfortable 600m in 44.  Great of Favours (Orting) came to the end of 800m in 53.2.   Macaula (Murphy ), Chill Bill (Roustoby) and a Don Eduardo gelding (German) cut out 600m in 37.8.   Neio (H Orting) and an Iffraaj gelding (S Orting) left 600m behind in 41.2.

Best bet and track tip  –  Khemosabi  -  in top form and working strongly
