More Than Sacred was one of several to impress in training at Cambridge today

Galloping on a dead No 1 Grass, More Than Sacred (Smith) maintained a solid pace throughout 1200m completing the final 1000m in 1:5.8, the final 600m in 37.4.   She was travelling strongly at the completion of her work.

Diademe (Legg) was in good form when timed from the 800m in 50.6.

Thunderbird One (Brookes) travelled sweetly alongside Veldt (Jago) over 1200m in 1:17.7, the last 600m in 37.3.   Guns At Five (Thornton) was also in good form when running 1200m, and was joined by R U Ready (Gatu) at the 1000m, returning 1:3, finishing off in 37.4.   Bellazeel (Adams) and Beyond All Doubt (Reid) did well over 1200m in 1:16 completing the last 600m in 37.2.

Lady Kipling (Legg) and Show the World (Murphy) travelled freely throughout 1200m, sprinting the final 600m  in a fast 36.9.   Zurella (Cheong) and Goldminer (Mickey) worked nicely, completing their final section in 36.6.   Savour the Moment (Shaw) was clocked from the 800m in 55.3.  Chintz (Ormsby) ran the last 600m of work in 39.1.   Sacred Star (Pedro) followed with similar work.

Working on the No 4 Grass, Stagecraft (Waters) caught the eye when running a solid 1200m in 1:17.7, the concluding 600m in 37.6.   Delargo Secret (Dalley) came to the end of 1000m in 1:11, finishing off in 38.6.   Cashmere (Macfarlane) followed in 1:14 and 41.2.   Kapinsky (Satherley) and High Esteem (Legg) worked nicely together from the 1000m in 1:6.4 and 40.8.   

Miss Foxwood (Macfarlane) strode comfortably from the 1000m in 1:9, the concluding section in 39.1.    Bhiaani (Dalley) was clocked from the 600m in 40.1.   Her to Eternity (Murphy) and Our Kingpin (Liz) were paired over 1000m in 1:5.3, the 600m in 38.8.   I’m Fair Dinkum (Kato) and Arzak (Jago) completed 1000m in 1:9.6 and 40.    Vesta (Thornton) and She’s All Heart (Gatu) did well over 1000m in 1:3.4, finishing off in 38.2.

Galloping on the sand, Rangi Mac (Orla) left 1000m behind in 1:4 and 38.2.   Bearing Island (Forbes) worked over 600m in 41.  King’s Call (Norvall) came in easily from the 600m in 43.7.   Dame Dancer (Hills) and Magic Flight (Reid) were let off with similar work.
