Demarco and Imperial Duke handled heavy conditions well in training at Cambridge today

Fog interrupted the timing of some sectionals.     Working 18 metres out on the No. 2 Grass

Demarco (Texiera) and Imperial Duke (Leung) were sent 1000m, cutting out the last 600m in 38.9.

Cornelius (Foote) and So It Goes (Thornton) matched strides from the 1200m in 1:23.3, the last 600m in 39.6.   Little Alfie Brown (Satherley) was in good form when completing the final 600m of 1200m in 40.

Scene of the Crime (Ropiha) was clocked from the 600m in 40.7. Puntanado (Shaw) completed the last 600m of 1000m in 41.9.  Dubai Wolf (McNab) was given a similar task, finishing off in 42.   Sky Idea (Marko) ran the last 600m of work in 43.2. Wrecking Crew (Murray) strode 1200m in 1:27, coming home in 41.2.   Enjay (Hills) did well to complete 1400m in 1:36.9.

Maia’s Angel (Kate) and Estelle (Young) were on terms throughout 1000m, the concluding section in 39.7.   El Tyson (Brown) left 1400m behind in 1:37.3.   One Direction (Thornton)   and Tokyo King (Holmquist) were paired over 1000m, the last 600m in 43. Dancer’s Tale (Orting) and Devious (Legg) came in from the 600m in 40.1.   Sin City (Collins) and Race Empress (Smith) were timed from the 600m in 42.6.

Galloping on the sand, Silver Rod (Shaw) completed the last 600m of 800m in 41.   Zonifique (McNab) cut out 600m in 42.   Maia’s Choice (McQuarters) returned 40.17 for 600m.   Secret Keeper (Orash) left 1000m in 1:11 and 42.

Elucidate (Shaw) sprinted 600m nicely in 39.3. Sade (Jago) hit out well over 600m in 4o. Victor Hugo (Orting), Arzak (Legg) and Khaleesi (Jago) worked well together from the 1000m in 1:10, the final 600m in 40.6.   Smash Hit (Shaw) and No Return (Ropiha) came to   the end of 600m in 39.8, and Ashwini (McQuarters) ran 600m in 40.3.
