Impressive debut winner Sakhee’s Soldier and Neo returned impressive work on a good No.1 Grass at Cambridge today. 

Sakhee’s Soldier (Legg) and Neo (Waddell) matched strides over a strong 1000m in 1.2:6 sprinting the final 600 in 35.4.  Both horses look fit for their Trentham engagements this weekend.

Sacred Point (Donoghue) and Absolutely Sacred (Ormsby) were in good form when completing 1000m in 1.2:8 dashing the final 600m in 35.3.  More Than Sacred (Smith) left 1000m behind in 1.6:2 with the concluding section in 37.1. 

Galloping on the No.2 Grass, Miss Isle (Berg) and Bachelor Zeel (Ivil) worked well together over 1200m in 1.15:3 with the concluding 600m in 37.2.  Tolarno was clocked from the 600m in .37.  Storm In (Logan) worked over one round, quickening over the final 600m in 39.6.  Ignition (Tiko) came to the end of a smart 800m in 51.8.  

One o Eight (Carter) and Fortune Night (Leong) worked in from the 600m in 40.4. 

Galloping on a good plough, Brela Belle (Berg) and Dominaire (Ivil) covered 1000m in fine style in 1.3:2, finishing off in 37.7.  Open ‘N Shut (Hills) came to the end of 1200m in 1.17 and 37.6.   Sharakti (Legg) was let off with a three quarter pace 600m.  Diademe (Waddell) worked over 1000m in 1.10 and home in 40sec. 

Chill Bill (Legg) followed with similar work.  Her To Eternity (MacIlroy) worked in from the 800m in .54.  Show The World (Waddell) strode 1000m in 1.10, quickening in from the 600m in 38.2.  Tilda (E Browne) and Napani (D Browne) appeared comfortable from the 1000m in 1.13, sprinting the final 400m in 24.4. 

Black Hennessey (Gatu) and Sandy’s Star (Blane) did well over 1200m with the last 1000m in 1.03:7 and the final 600m in 38.6.  Carolina Island (Legg) was given an easy task over 800m in 58.1.  Kapinsky (Waddell) strode easily from the 1200m in 1.29:9 and the final 600m in 41.6.  Lady Kippling (Legg) came in from the 600m in 41.2.
