Stablemates Starpin and Say No More worked nicely together on a soft plough at Cambridge today.  Starpin (Armitt) and Say No More (Robson) matched strides from the 1000m in 1:4.7, the final 600m in 37.   

La Vien (Dally) strode comfortably from the 1000m in 1:9, finishing off in 41.4.  Swami (Norvall) ran a quiet 1000m, the last 600m in 46.  Ishma (Roustoby), Flicka (Houston) and a Scardee Cat gelding (Orting) cruised 1000m in 1:15, the  final 600m in 44.9.   

Savour the Moment (Shaw), who has returned from a successful Riccarton campaign, was timed from the 600m in 40.1.  The Original (Shaw) ran 1000m in 1:10, the last 600m in 40.2.  Precision King (Roustoby) sprinted 400m in 27.  Miss Evita (Croon) came in from the 600m in 41.7.   Recession Proof (Shaw) was sent a comfortable 1000m, the concluding 600m in 45.2.   Smart Packing (Vennendahl) strode in from the 1000m in 1:11, the 600m in 41.4.   

Working on a firm sand Snagglepuss (Hills) and a Zabeel gelding (Murray) were sent 800m, the last 600m being run in 38.4.   Almon (Young) and a Red Ransom gelding (Waddell) were not pressured when completing 600m in 43.   Tivoli (Keoghan) worked over 1000m in 1:14, sprinting the last 400m in 25.1.  

AB O’Reilly (Hills) completed 800m in 51.6.     

Large as Life (Robson) and Empathy (Murray) ran 800m in 52.2.   Royal Sceptre (Woods) did well to sprint 600m in 35.9.   He’s A Dandy Boy (Robson) and Black Hennesy (Hills) were paired over 800m in 53.1.   Lucky Majesty (Murray) ran 1000m in 1:4 and 37.4. 

Galloping on a firm No.4 grass Zankuro (Nicholson) shaded King’s Fortune (Collins) at the completion of 1000m in 1:6.8 and 39.6.   Star of Reims (Vance) and a St Reims gelding (Stam) cut out 600m in 38.6.

Aspinal (Donoghue) ran the last 600m of work on the No.1 grass in 38.5.
