Rebound returned the quickest gallop of the morning at Cambridge today

Working on the plough, Rebound (Gatu) completed 1000m, the last 800m in 50.9, dashing the final 600m in 35.1.

Mitcham (Hills), an impressive winner of a recent trial, galloped nicely alongside stablemate Cape Mapperley (Norvall) over 1200m in 1:20.8, the concluding 600m in 38.1.   Mitcham is booked to race in a 1400m maiden at Ellerslie this weekend.   

The Darling One (Kuru)and a Zabeel gelding (McNab) impressed when running 1000m in 1:2, sprinting the last 600m in 35.5.

On the Level (Legg) and Our Kingpin (Adams) came to the end of 1600m in 1:53, coming home in 38.5.   Stephi’s Secret (Jago) and Arzak (Legg) matched strides from the 1000m in 1:6 and 38.2.   Beyond All Doubt (Wenn) and Luxury Liz (Reid) cut out 1000m in 1:3.4.     

Diademe (Adams) worked in from the 1000m in 1.6 and 38.2.    Perkins (McIlroy) and Elusive Gold (Jago) sprinted 600m in 37.7.   Miss Isle (Berg) was sent 1400m in 1:35.8, coming home in 40.3.   Sharakti (Adams) and Her to Eternity (Legg) were in fine form over 1200m in 1:18.9 and 36.9.     

I’m Fair Dinkum (Satherley) and Miss Jean Brodie (Jago) were on terms throughout 1200m in 1:22, the 600m in 38.1.    Bo Duke (Harris) was given an easy task over 600m in 45.1.   More Than Sacred (Smith) was clocked from the 1200m in 1:20.4, the concluding 600m in 38.   Enjay (Hills) followed in 1:19.7 and 37.7.   

Sacred Star (Ormsby) strode 1000m in 1:9 and 39.3.   Sacred Spin (Nason) sprinted 600m in 35.9.   Queen of Clubs (Kato) ran 1200m in 1:22.1, coming home in 37.6.     

High Esteem (McIlroy) was not extended over 1000m in 1:9.9, the last 600m in 41.  Lady Sol (Satherley) and Matakana (Legg) left 600m behind in 39.2.   Cashmere (Adams) covered 1000m in a comfortable 1:11 and 41.6.   Action Man (Thornton) strode 1200m in 1:25.9 the last 600m in 41.   Escobar (O’Shea) completed 1200m in 1:21.2 and 38.4.   And Brondan (Dillon) came to the end of 1000m in 1:8.3, coming home in 39.
