Track Work – Tuesday, 2 October 2012

He’s Remarkable galloped stylishly when preparing for Saturday’s New Zealand Bloodstock Spring Classic at Cambridge today.

Working on the outside of a dead No. 1 grass, He’s Remarkable (Dalley) strode out freely from the 1400m in 1:31.3, the 1000m in 1:3.3 and the final 600m in 36.9. He looks all the better for recent race and should run prominently this weekend.

Hawke’s Bay Guineas candidate Touch Win (Colgan) worked strongly alongside stablemates Silent Achiever (Dalley) and Full of Spirit (Macfarlane) over 1000m in 1:2.6, the last 600m in 36.2.

Galloping on the No.2 grass, with the markers out 12 metres, Pellegrini (German), who has derived benefit from his freshup fourth, left 1000m behind in 1:3, sprinting the final 600m in 36.2.

Storming the Tower (Gately) and Senna (Doyle) matched strides from the 1200m in 1:25, finishing off in 37.7. Oak Park (Hutton) and Swami (German) came to the end of 1000m in 1:8, quickening over the last 600m in 36.9. Recession Proof (Harris) ran 1000m at three quarter pace, finishing off in 43. Master Power (Hughes) worked in from the 1000m in 1:18 and 37. Savour the Moment (McNab) was timed from the 600m in 41.7. Shining Armour (O’Shea) worked nicely over 600m in 39.2.

Jeu de Cartes (Orting) left 1200m behind in 1:23.9, the concluding section in 37.4. Run to the Bank (Shaw) kept up a solid pace from the 1000m in 1:2.3 and 37. Are You Devious (McNab) strode over 1000m in 1:7.7 and 38.3.

Galloping on a good sand No Second Prize (Collins) and Duchessofcambridge (Reid) worked in comfortably from the 1000m in 1:10.8, finishing off in 41.5. La Vienne (Dalley) followed in 1:11.9 and 41.9. Ellure (McShane) was not extended when completing 1000m in 1:4 and 42.9. Pay Attention (Hutton) and Vaayla (Orting)
ran 600m in 41.3. The Diamond Duke (McQuarters) completed 1000m in 1:10, finishing off in 41.7. Bella Zeel (Collins) and Sugar Plum Fairy (Cowie) returned 54 for 800m.
