Track Work – Tuesday, 24 April

AB O’Reilly was in fine form on a morning when fog interrupted the timing of many sectionals at Cambridge today.  

Galloping on a dead plough AB O’Reilly (Ropiha) was travelling strongly at the end of 1000m in 1:4.8, sprinting the final 600m in 37.

Miss Jaydeejay (Orting) worked in nicely from the 1200m in 1:24, the concluding 600m in 39.8.  Bob Valdez (Cully), who is in good form, was sent 1600m in 1:51, the last 600m in 38.  Tale to Tell (E Browne) and Northern General (Browne) could not be timed but were on terms at the completion of 800m.  Worthing (Cameron) strode 1400m in 1:33.   Hurricane Mickey (Orting) and Pay Attention (Hutton) matched strides from the 1200m in 1:22.9, their last 600m in 39.8.   Mr Rimfire (German) left 1000m behind in 1:9.

Oak Park (Emma) and Passilente (Orting) followed with 1000m in 1:7.  The Tidy Express (Dally) and Joy (McShane) came to the end of 1200m in 1:22.4.   Dancing On Tables (Ivil) ran 600m in 43.

Red Shift (Macfarlane) and Insurgent (Dally) finished together after running 1600m in 1:48.  Hill Billy Bear (Thornton) and Royal Gem (Kim) were sent 1400m at three quarter pace.   Master Power (Cully) travelled evenly from the 1000m in 1:9.  Star of Show (Young) and Almon (Webb) came to the end of 1200m in 1:20.1.   Bone of Contention (Donoghue), who looks to be coming to hand well, was clocked from the 1200m in 1:18.7.  Green Easy (Cameron) had Marguarita Time (Hills) for company over 1000m in 1:7.7
