Savanah Rush impressed when galloping 12 metres out on a dead No.2 grass at Cambridge today.

Savanah Rush (Brennan) kept up a solid pace from the 1200m in 1:13.9, sprinting the final 600m in 37.2. She was travelling well throughout the gallop.

Decorah (H Orting) and Twilight Granita (S Orting) worked well together from the 1000m in 1:3.6, finishing off in 36.4. Kisses (Thornton) and The Governator (Farr) worked in from the 1000m in 1:4.4, sprinting the last 600m in 36.2. Macka’s Back (Cameron) and Whistle (Gillies) were in fine form when dashing 600m in 35.9.

Neo (Hutton) and Rio Nugget (Orting) were paired over 1000m in 1:7.8, finishing off in 38.8. Miss Evita (O’Shea) was sent 1000m in 1:8, the concluding 600m in 40.9.

Armadasco (Ropiha) and Headsholdthemoney (Houston) did well over 1000m in 1:2.8, the final 600m in 36.7. Macorla (Roustoby) and Big Rocket (Hutton) completed 1000m in 1:8.2 and 38.4 for the last 600m. Sandy Star (Hughes) left 800m behind in 52.5. Crush Talk (Wenn) completed 600m in 42.1.

Bella Lady (Browne) followed in 42.9. Big Iron (Carter) and Mr Knowitall (Satherley) galloped strongly together from the 1000m in 1:2.2, sprinting the 600m in 36.2.

Working on the sand Hollywood Angel (Lui) and Align of Flutes (Gregory) cut out 1000m in good style when returning 1:5.5 and 38. Great of Favours (Hutton) and Snave (Orting) left 1000m behind in 1:8.5, the last 600m in 40. Pay Attention (Hutton), a Fast’n Famous gelding (German) and a Towkay gelding (Orting) from the Baker-Forsman stable, sprinted 400m in 25.4. Captain Cat (Roustoby) worked in nicely from the 1000m in 1:7 and 39.7. Prairie Times (Ormsby) and Miss Nemo (Satherley) were paired over 600m in 39.9. Watch King (German) and Vaayla (Hutton) sprinted 400m in 26.6.

Lady Kiipling (H Orting) and a Darci Brahma gelding (S Orting) were untroubled to return 27.3 for 400m. Handsome Mates (Hughes) completed 600m in 42.5 and Carbide (H Orting) and Ishma (S Orting) left 600m behind in 39.

Multiple Group 1 winner Veyron (Norvall) looked fit for upcoming engagements when covering 1000m in 1:6.7, the last 600m in 37.4.
