Elusive Gold and Dancers Tale handled heavy track conditions well at Cambridge today

Working eight metres out on the No.2 Grass Elusive Gold (Hutton) and Dancers Tale (Orting) travelled nicely together from the 1000m in 1:7.6, sprinting the final 600m in 39.3.   Clara Jane (Reid) and Delacroix (McGorrian) worked well together from the 1200m in 1:23.6, the final 600m in 40.7.   

Mitchum (Dalley) worked in from the 1200m in 1:27 and 41.2 for the last 600m.   Irish King (Stevens) left 1200m behind in 1:27.4, the final section in 39.8.   Wannabefamous (Sarah) was in good form when covering 1200m in 1:22.7, the 600m in 40.4.

Lucia Valentina (Shaw) and the Pins – Dancing Mistress colt (medium weight) were not pushed over 600m in 42.8.   Oak Park (German) and Neo (Burgess) were paired over 1200m, the last 1000m in 1:8, and the final 600m in 40.9.

Ambitious Prince (Smith) was timed from the 600m in 42.4.   Mind Games (Shaw) followed with similar work.   Heart of Darkness (Paddy) came to the end of 1200m in 1:25.3, the 600m in 41.2.  Dark Bishop (Cleland) was sent 1200m in 1:24, the concluding 600m in 40.9.   Oh Em Gee (Shaw) worked in from the 600m in 43.
