RED BEACH, who races at Rotorua this weekend, returned the quickest time at Cambridge this morning.

Galloping on the inside of a slow No 2 grass, RED BEACH was travelling strongly at the completion of 1,000m in 1:4.5, sprinting the final 600 in 36.8.

THE CHOSEN ONE and QUICK THINKER, who have both been working well over recent weeks, were again in excellent form from the 1,000m, running 1:7.7, completing the concluding 600 in 37.2.

MRS RUMBLE came in from the 600m in 38.5, ELLE EYE ARE and RIPPIN matched strides over 1,200m in a smart 1:18.2, coming in from the 600 in 37.3.

VIBRATO and LILY THE PINK, who has been off the scene for quite some time, worked well together over 1,000m, running the last 600 in 38.

TIPICAL and REDCAYENNE matched strides from the 1,000m, sprinting the final section in 38.2.

JAGER BOMBED and SAMOON came to the end of 1,000m in 1.7 and home in 38.2.

MAGNANIMOUS MAN and WHERE ARE YOU did well over 1,400m clocked at 1:30.1, finishing off in 36.8.

THE POORMANZABEEL and a JAKKALBERRY Gelding were timed from the 600m in 38.7.

LACUSTRE completed 1000m in 1:7.9, finishing off in 37.9.

A late fog prevented the timing of any more gallops.
